4-19-2014 Podcast | Moving On – How Do You Know when It is Time?: It seems like we are always being propelled forward, whether it is by design, by choice or by circumstance. Opportunities come at us to learn more, earn more, do more, and be more. The time to recognize how an end of something is the beginning of something new is often preceded by restlessness, boredom, friction or even pain. The lure of expansion is one that sometimes challenges us to think about what more there is for us – in our life, in our careers, in our relationships. So rather than avoid the possibility to create new possibilities, step forward into change because it is happening anyway!

Coming Full Circle – Celebrating and Expanding: Anniversaries are an invitation to gain perspective, to be acknowledged and to acknowledge ourselves. We can look at what we have accomplished and what we have yet to accomplish. We can clear out old beliefs, old habits that no longer serve or support us, and move forward as if we were beginning again. The process is one connected continuum and every experience informs every other moving forward. There is always more to be learned, but the door to that learning is thrown wide open to a myriad of unexpected and unanticipated possibilities. The wonder of it all!

Our reactions to the situations out of our control often reflect some level of fear and vulnerability. Trying to figure this all out is why we often resist change, so why not release and then reset in a new direction. Most likely down the road the reasons or answers to the challenge will surface. And if they don’t, does it really matter?

What is Your Vitality Quotient?: It is so easy to put things off, avoid, delay, disregard and make excuses; but, what happens when we run out of control? Or something seemingly out of our control negatively impacts our daily lives? We can get trapped in spending far too much time focusing on what we are not accomplishing, having good intentions, but then never quite following through to completion. Committing to our vitality – flow and an absence of struggle – is the next step from noticing when enough is enough, and paying attention to the wakeup call of change.
